I know, I know – my latest concoction does look a bit ominous. But believe me, it is harmless {and chocolate to boot}.
Even Frank the Wonderpug agrees – he was licking his little puggy lips the whole time I was baking. Sadly, it wasn’t safe to share with him but I did give him a milkbone as a substitute.
RED VELVET BROWNIE INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup butter; 2-oz dark chocolate coarsely chopped; 1 cup sugar; 2 large eggs; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 1/2 tsp red food coloring; 2/3 cup all purpose flour; 1/4 tsp salt
CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS: 8-oz cream cheese, room temperature; 1/3 cup sugar; 1 large egg; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

WONDERPUG RATING: 3 Sporks. The presentation was outstanding – but not as good as one would hope – there were just too many flavors all spurned together; my poor mouth was getting confused. {A special thanks to @simplyluxurious for recommending this recipe to me; it sure was a fun experiment!}
