Yummy Scrumboes: Lemon-Glazed Madeleines

Sometimes, after an especially rough/terrific day I go into the food store and treat myself to a box of Entenmann’s Madeleines.  And this may sound cheap, but I am always so aggravated to spend $5.99 for 1 box and thus thought ‘Hey, you can bake them yourself. I did a little google search, picked up a recipe here, put on my apron, and thought ‘viva la france!’ {However; before I go any further, I do want you to know – Madeleines are not an easy bake task.   • 2 cans (8 Oz. Cans) Crescent Rolls
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Cinnamon, To Taste

Bring on the Cheese! {aka: How To Make The Best Grilled Cheeses On the Planet}

Ever since I got married, my nightly dinner menu has greatly improved. See, my husband enjoys cooking. He likes to read cooking books, search for recipes and try new things. I, however, do not. Prior to my wedding and subsequent communal living, I would cook for myself. Overall, I can create several edible dishes:

1.  Mac & Cheese
2.  Chilli
3.  Nachos
4.  Meatloaf
5.  Chicken Salad Sandwiches
6.  And my Pièce de résistance – grilled cheese
