Do you have a Thanksgiving event to attend tomorrow? Are you worried about wowing the crowd with something yummy scrumboes? Well, worry no more. Head to the food store and purchase three things: 1 box of oreos, 1 bar of melting chocolate, and one stick of Philadelphia cream cheese.

DISCLAIMER: Warning, in order to be completely honest, this post perhaps should be called ‘How not to make …’ I had quite a bit of trouble with these so-called simple little suckers. Normally, my husband is around to assist when I attempt to make myself at home in his kitchen but for this recipe I was alone. I was told by the recipe – and the friend who gave it to me – that this was ‘easy’. Turns out – not easy for Carolann. Messy, messy, messy … but yummy scrumboes. And if you read this at least you will learn from my mistakes.
