De Matos has worked within a wide range of industries including agency, pharmaceutical, state and county government, Fortune 500 corporations, community college environments, as well as technology-based, lean start-ups.
De Matos has a master of science from New York University in Digital Imaging and Design, a bachelor of arts from Rider University in Multimedia Communications and Advertising, and is currently working to achieve her doctoral degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in the field of Art and Art Education for College Teaching, Creative Technologies.
